It's Zero Focus policy to not supply any RAW images or video files before editing.  The reason for this is because it will tarnish the vision of the finished result.  It's my intent to give you as the client exactly what you want in terms of the finished product.  Your story, is your story and that is what I want you to be happy with.

It will vary depending on the size of the project.  A wedding or video project will take longer than a couples shoot potentially, this is something we can discuss but I aim to keep you happy with a swift turnaround time.

I always upload a completed album online for you to view and download your images at your pleasure.  It's important to me that you have access to your images so you can tell the story wherever you are.  You will also receive everything on a flash drive that will be supplied to you after the editing is completed.  There may come a time where the online album may be deleted but I aim to keep you informed as to if and when this happens.  I would strongly recommend that you download all your files to your own storage as soon as possible so you have access in your own records.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, Zero Focus has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then ZF sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, then you must notify ZF, before receiving the 'incorrect' photograph.

Refunds will NOT be given due to 'not liking a photo', selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, ZF will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

The look of your story is paramount to Zero Focus.  Before shoot day, I want to have a clear idea of what you are thinking so I can tailor it to my style.  So we can meet in person or talk over a Zoom call in order to lay down the ground work, I like to create a mood board for my clients so we can build a picture on what the end result might look like.  

Quite importantly, before we embark on your project, it is important to note weather you want the photos in Zero Focus noir black and white style or a color palette.

A mood board is defined as an arrangement of images, materials, pieces of text, etc. intended to evoke or project a particular style or concept.

I use Pinterest to create mood boards for you that will be unique to your story or vision for the project.
